Need Help Finding A Home In Prescott Prescott Valley Chino Valley
Finding a new home can be a daunting task. In the old days you had to go through a Realtor to get any info on housing, they held the book and you had to go through them to get any info. Fast forward to today 2016 and now you have the opposite problem, TMI, (Too much information).
In 2016, now the consumer has more info about real estate than you can shake a stick at. There is Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, just to name a few. now consumers need help navigating the vast, endless array that you are bombarded with on the internet. The nice part about all of this, is many times my clients do some of the work for me. They can find houses they like and let me know what they like, don't like and want to view, this is a good thing. Now my clients and I have become a team, we work synergistically to help find them their new home and or sell their existing home.
I am a strong believer of what I know, my client will know. I feel that by empowering my clients, we become a much more effective team. One of the things that I can offer my clients is access to the MLS. While Zillow and the rest of the companies on the net are helpful, nothing beats the real time of the MLS. I routinely receive phone calls about old listings of mine that closed, last week, last month and sometimes last year. Once information leaves the MLS and goes out to the internet, my control over this info is lost. By being able to access the MLS, my clients can stay on top of the real estate market, real time, no more calls on houses that sold six months ago.
So if you need any help at all with your search for housing in Yavapai County, like Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Mayer, Paulden etc. I would be honored to be of service to you. Thank you for reading my blog and have a fantastic day!
